We will be Infront of the ocean using water Energy and consciousness for healing our spiritual body and physical body.
August 8th, is a significant spiritual event. Representing a time of heightened energy and potential for manifestation and spiritual growth. It occurs when the sun in Leo aligns with the star Sirius, creating an energetic bridge between the earthly and spiritual realms. This alignment is believed to amplify intentions, facilitate spiritual awakenings, and offer opportunities for healing and transformation.
I will be guiding you in a powerful grounding meditation with Native American flute and once we are grounded the intention will be to align with the frequency's that this full moon and and Lions gate will bring your way.
We will move into the sound healing portion using crystal bowls to release and welcome the energy needed to raise your frequency to be open to receive and remember your gifts you already have within, and help you live your life according to your own light and guide you go into your own path.
The focus will be your Crown and 3rd eye energy centers.
We will have a discussion after on how to best integrate the energy and high frequencies from this full moon and Lions Gate into your life.
