🌸 Mother’s Day Yoga Nidra for Rest & Renewal 🌸
🌸Koha/Donation Community Class next Saturday 10th May 🌸
Join me for a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra + Slow-Flow class designed for mothers, aunties, daughters — all women who nurture and hold others.

Mother's and caregivers are often the last to prioritise themselves. I wanted to offer this class to show support and appreciation for all the women in this community that spend so much time and care for others, but are in need of some care for themselves!

🧘‍♀️ Saturday 10 May | 4–5pm
📍Tairua Hall Annex, Main Road
💗 Donation-based — give what you can. Please come even if all you have to give is your presence.

This is a gentle, soul-soothing session to help you unwind, relax deeply, and feel held. We’ll move slowly, then settle into a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to restore from the inside out.

✨ Please bring a mat, blankets, and cushions for comfort.
All are welcome — no experience needed.

DM me if you are in need of a mat - I have some spares.
