Step into a space where you are gently held, seen, and supported. This is more than yoga—it is a deeply healing experience designed to nurture your nervous system, restore balance, and create new pathways of resilience and hope.
Led by clinician Jill Hodgson, RSW, this closed-group series weaves together science, psychology, and soul. Each week builds upon the last, guiding you through:
Understanding & Integration: Explore the polyvagal system, cortisol response, and the window of tolerance with compassionate psychoeducation.
Yoga for Renewal: Gentle, intentional movements that invite safety and help rewire the brain in areas impacted by trauma.
Breathwork & Mindfulness: Practices to soothe, regulate, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Discussion & Homework: Each session incorporates psychoeducation, postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and meaningful discussion, along with take-home practices to deepen learning.
This series honors the multilayered impacts of trauma and offers a pathway that is both evidence-based and deeply human—a journey toward wholeness.
