Tuesday Yoga - using the chair

Join Leone for Yoga using a chair on Tuesdays at 10:15, at the Milton Community Hall. $10 for Miltonvale Park residents and $12 for others. Classes are cancelled when local schools (Bluefield family) are closed due to weather-related reasons. Classes may go ahead when there is only a one-hour delay. Leone also hosts classes on Friday mornings, contact for more information on the Friday classes.
