Talk description:
Dive into the world of community-powered water stewardship! From Canada to the UK, Kat Kavanagh will wade through stories of how curiosity, collaboration, and a splash of design thinking can help everyday people protect their local waters. She’ll showcase new tools and share highlights from Water Rangers’ brand new data platform. Together, we’ll explore how to turn data into action—and how partnerships with groups like the River Institute are helping communities make an even BIGGER splash. Whether you’re a science sponge or just testing the waters, this talk offers a refreshing take on how small prototypes can flow into big change!
