Get ready for a summer filled with wonder, creativity, and outdoor adventure! Pixie Moss Meadows Summer Camp is designed to spark your child’s imagination while connecting them with the magic of the natural world. With hands on projects, magical quests, and nature exploration right in the heart of Corning, this is a camp experience they’ll never forget!
This is a half-day camp. Campers should bring their own lunch; we provide water and healthy snacks each day. A permission release form will be required for campers to attend. Every camper receives a FREE 2025 VIP Camper Exclusive T-shirt. please select your child’s size during registration.
Day 1 – Aquascapes and Hydroponics
We’ll break the ice and dive into the art of aquascaping and hydroponics. Campers will design miniature aquascape water gardens, adopting guppies and freshwater snails for their living underwater habitats. (Let us know if you’d prefer no live critters sent home.)
Day 2 – The Magic and Mystery of Trees
Campers will take a nature walk down beautiful Market Street to Riverfront Centennial Park to discover how trees communicate, heal, and balance our ecosystem. They’ll sketch their favorite trees, then return to the studio to create their own bonsai gardens and learn how to care for them.
Day 3 – Hogwarts Day
A magical day awaits as campers play Quidditch at Riverfront Centennial Park and go on a scavenger hunt to find sticks for their custom wands. Back at the studio, they’ll mix up Hogwarts-inspired slime and craft magical Harry Potter-themed terrariums.
Day 4 – A Pixie Moss Meadows Excursion
Campers will set out on a magical treasure hunt through Riverfront Centennial Park where whimsical fairy houses, hidden troll hideaways, and enchanted doors will be waiting to be discovered. Using maps to guide their quest, campers will document their finds and return to the studio to build fairy doors and enchanted succulent dish gardens.
Day 5 – Bigfoot and a Pizza Party
Legend has it a Bigfoot has been spotted near Pixie Moss Meadows. Campers will explore Fallbrook Park behind our studio on a Bigfoot scavenger hunt, searching for clues and mysterious tracks. Back at the studio, they’ll create Bigfoot terrariums, make footprint castings, and celebrate with a pizza party featuring Aniello’s Pizza. No need to bring lunch this day.
