Expand your perspective and gain new teaching resources at the spring Evening for Educators!

Explore the impact of color around the world through a perspective-sharing activity that can be used in K-12 classrooms to build awareness and appreciation of alternate interpretations of color.

Let Amy McHugh, Curator of Modern Glass, be your guide through Brilliant Color, the latest exhibition from the Corning Museum of Glass. Learn how glass designers of the 18th and 19th centuries experimented with new techniques to develop hues and iridescence that mimicked the natural world.

Then, experience a tour of the newly updated Contemporary Art and Design gallery from Rïse Peacock, Curatorial Fellow of Postwar and Contemporary Glass, as they take us through glass art made using a wide variety of techniques.

Twice yearly, the Museum hosts Evening for Educators, a free networking and professional development event for educators and administrators of all content areas.
