Come join us for a day of learning and sweat in Luta Livre!

Luta Livre is a Brazilian martial art and combat sport that focuses on submission grappling and no-gi techniques. Developed in the early 20th century by Euclydes Hatem, it blends elements of catch wrestling and judo, emphasizing takedowns, joint locks, and chokes. Unlike Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Luta Livre traditionally does not use a gi, making it a fast-paced and dynamic style suited for both self-defense and mixed martial arts competition.
