Sunday Social will start at Costa Coffee Douglas at 9am. The route is lumpy but scenic, taking us up Maryborough Hill initially and over to Carrigaline. We climb the straight out of Carrigaline over to Minane Bridge. The route to Kinsale will take in the lovely Roberts Cove , where we will stop for a team photo. We head then over through Nohaval and will cross the River Sticks. Be careful on the hairpin as it is quite green.
The coffee stop will be in the Centra, Kinsale.
After Coffee we head out the back of Kinsale and over to Belgooley and onto a long steady climb (The Whole Shebang) a 9 km, with an elevation 138m. We will descend back into Carrigaline. We will return to Douglas via a flat coastal route from Ringaskiddy, Monkstown and Passage West and finally on to Douglas
