We will gather, dance, awaken our bodies and the dancer that lives inside all of us. Together we will spend time feeling into what the apex of the Summer sun has to share with us. This Summer Solstice time is full of bright light and warmth, calling forth that which is ready to shine, to blossom and to bear fruit inside and out.
What is ready come into the light for you and in our world? Where is there a prayer for a strong harvest or fruiting for you? What is ready to shine and gain strength from the solstice sun in your life? How does it feel in your body during these long warm days? Join us to dance into what is ready to shine brightly, be seen, nourished and honoured.
These are very intense times for many of us personally and globally. Taking time to feel our bodies and give space and movement for our bodies, hearts and minds are ways of sustaining and resourcing ourselves. Tuning in to these changes and rhythms of the year by sharing in simple, safe community ritual together, helps us to remember our true nature and in the sacred journey of our lives.
We will dance and enquire together, honouring our own rhythms in a way that supports us in moving back into day to day life – more connected to ourselves and our intentions, more focused, replenished and resourced.
The suggested donation is €25. There are reduced rate and work exchange places available, just ask.
