Sacred Rhythms Lughnasadh Dance and Community Ritual

We will gather, dance, awaken our bodies and the dancer that lives inside all of us. Together we will spend time feeling into and celebrating this season of gathering in the harvest and giving thanks for where there is abundance in our lives.

What is coming to fruition in your life? What can you give thanks for and what are you ready to harvest? Where in your life can you see and feel the fruits of your labour? Maybe to what didn’t or hasn’t come to fruition and how does that want to move in you? How does it feel in your body as we enter into this turning of the wheel of the year?
