If you are interested in learning how to boost your own energy, balance your emotions, reduce stress levels, and become calmer in a very relaxed bubble; then this is for you!
No previous training in this area required just an openness to learn and be yourself ❤️
Reiki is an energy balancing tool to help self-regulation of the whole body, mind, and spirit and raise your own energy levels in a mindful manner.
✨️ This is a day of self-development and education in a very relaxed setting.
✨️ You learn about energy healing and how it works.
✨️ You will learn how to give yourself an energy treatment and understand the basic principles of Reiki, a Japanese energy system.
✨️ You will receive an attunement to the Reiki energy so that you can practice Reiki on yourself on a daily basis and, more importantly, raise your own energy levels.
✨️ You will receive a recording to guide you mindfully through a one hour self-treatment.
✨️You will be certified by Usui Reiki and qualified in Reiki 1 at the end of the course by Reiki Master Teacher Belinda Murphy.
✨️ You will receive direct support from Belinda for 21 days after the training day with check-ins to see how you are getting on and customised advice.
