New Moon Workshop at Collective Cork 21st September from 2-5pm.
As we enter the dark phase of the Moon, the Dark Side Of The Moon a time for going inward as the wheel turns. Step into a deeply held and sacred space.
A healing workshop to set seeds and intentions for the remainder of the year. This New moon is in the sign of Vigro, which is all about balance and practically in this human form. A clearing out, an energy of releasing and letting go. It is a solar eclipse also and eclipses are all about resets.
This workshop we will use the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga and do New Moon practices, breath work and Mantras. This New Moons theme is about Work, Health and Service.
The Autumn equinox is the day after on the 22nd, equal light and darkness.
With some questions to ponder.
�What do we need to bring into balance in our lives at this time? �What do we need to shed?
�What are we being called to birth out into the world?
�What seeds do you need to keep tending at this tender time?
During the Shamanic journey, you will be guided into the under world to meet your spirit allies or ancestors. Who are in the subtle relams offering support and guidance at this time.
