If your New Year’s resolution is to become healthier and more grounded, maybe you want to try our introductory Tai Chi course. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise, which enhance physical health and emotional well-being. The course is not meant to be for or to replace either injury rehabilitation, and or physio therapy.
