Exploring Intimacy - 1 Day Retreat

During this retreat, through a mix of modalities including neo-tantric practices, we will caringly guide participants on a journey of

🌹 Connection to Self (meditation, energy work & embodiment)

🌹 Emotional Intimacy (self-reflection & communication)

🌹 Energetic Intimacy (feeling and meeting others)

🌹 Physical Intimacy (fully clothed, caring, gentle touch at your own pace of comfort)

Couples will have the option to work solely together for the day if they choose
