A new movement collaboration is landing!
Yoga with Grainne from Dandelion Yoga and Latin rhythm in flow with Tara from Zumba with Tara.
A chance to tune in, move, and let rhythm lead.
A blend of stillness and sweat, structure and freedom.
Grainne will lead us through a grounding and activating yoga class, connecting to our natural breath, rhythm and flow.
Tara will host a Zumba class with a difference, taking a pause to understand the Latin rhythms we will dance to. We will increase our heart rate, sense of joy and freedom.
We will share a community style picnic, bring your own and share with us, and finish the afternoon with an invigorating sauna and cold plunge.
Half-day Schedule -
10am - Yoga with Grainne
11am - Zumba with Tara
12pm - Picnic Lunch, bring your own and share with us! Hot drinks and snacks also available at the Hidden Sauna
1-2pm - Sauna and cold plunge
