About the event

Couch 2 5K

. 🔆 COUCH 2 5K 🔆

Our annual Couch 2 5K training programme will commence on Wednesday, August 20th in GCC. The goal of these sessions is to train people to jog or run 5KM in a manageable way over 8 weeks. In 2023 and 2024, our participants then took part in the Cork Rebel Run in MTU in October 🏃🏃🏻‍♀️🏃‍♂️
