Float Into Stillness – Paddleboard Floating Sound Bath & Mindfulness Experience

Join Kirsty + Claire (Paddleboard Instructor) on the water for a deeply restorative journey: a unique floating sound bath combined with mindfulness paddling, gentle breathwork, and meditation — all while you float peacefully on a paddleboard.
Surrounded by nature and the beautiful open water of Yoke Hill Leisure, you’ll glide gently across the water, then anchor into stillness for a blissful sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, drums + more. Allow the rhythmic sounds and serene setting to guide you into deep relaxation, clarity, and calm.

No experience needed – just bring your curiosity and willingness to unwind.
Even though you shouldn't get wet it is recommend you either wear swimwear with clothes on top and/or a change of clothes and a towel.
As this is held outside please bring a jacket in case the temp has dropped.

It is highly recommended you are confident in + around water.

You will be requested to sign a waiver on arrival to participate in the activity.
