A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your body and mind. 8 out of 10 adults are suffering from burnout; this is a great way to put your body back into a more aligned state.
During the sound session, you are invited to stretch out, relax, and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate while listening to carefully selected instruments that use specific frequencies to aid in healing and rest.
