Dirty Diana Masterclass

It's time for a masterclass!

We'll be dancing to Dirty Diana by The Weeknd for this one and it is HOTTTTT 🥵🥵
Affectionately named at BCD HQ as the 'floor whore' masterclass this one is sexy and guaranteed to burn those calories!

All that's needed for this routine are knee pads, some good cushioned dance knee pads (you will need them and I don't have any spares I'm afraid as they can be size specific) these can be bought cheaply for under £10 on Amazon ☺️

please note this routine is NOT SUITABLE for ladies with knee problems, it is very knee heavy and there are no alternatives for the knee related moves! I apologise for this but we will do another more knee friendly masterclass later in the year 😘
