Yoga Flow Class with Guest Instructor Rebecca!

Yoga Flow is a continuous movement of strength and stretching for all levels. Long stretches, breathing, and flow to the next pose will be led gently and with modifications.

About Rebecca:
Rebecca Helbus is group fitness certified instructor through NETA since 2000. She has been teaching for 25 years in various settings. She loves to lead yoga, piyo, spin, barre, “strong”, PYB, HIIT, boot camps, cardio, tabata, step, and total body conditioning. She currently teaches at Arena’s Dance Company in Moon, and was previously at World Class Fitness in Moon.
