Mamas, if you’re looking for a relaxing yet impactful yoga class, then join us for our Neuro Somatic Pre / Post natal yoga with @portaltolove

Join us Wednesday, 8/6 (and every other Wednesday) at 10 am at the Motherhood Village. Babies are welcome and encouraged.

Classes are tailored to prepare the body for labor as well as recover during the postpartum period. 💙💛
