Meditation Workshop - Transforming Life's Difficulties
Half-day guided meditation workshop with Buddhist teacher Lyn Fox

In this workshop we will explore some of Buddha's teachings on how to transform our difficulties into causes of spiritual growth and development. By transforming our adversities in this way we can learn to maintain a peaceful and positive mind even in the midst of challenging circumstances.
