Espresso Editions #9 with Radiator Comics

Join us on Sunday, May 11th, from 3–4 PM for the next installment of Espresso Editions – with Neil Brideau, founder of Radiator Comics. Based in Miami, Radiator Comics distributes and publishes small press and self-published comics from over 275 artists worldwide. Neil will share his experience building platforms for independent cartoonists and the role of comics in community storytelling.

Neil Brideau (He/Him) runs Radiator Comics, a distributor and publisher of small press and self-published comics, representing over 275 alternative cartoonists and presses from around the world. Neil was a founding co-organizer of the Chicago Zine Fest and the Chicago Alternative Comics Expo, and worked at the legendary Quimby's Bookstore for six years. He has served as a juror for the 2017 Ignatz Awards, and the 2023 Kinnard Awards. Neil lives in Miami, FL, and self-publishes his own all-ages comics in his spare time!

Moderated by Amanda Keeley, Espresso Editions gathers artists, designers, and curators for a coffee-fueled talk on creativity, storytelling, and advocacy through books. Espresso Editions is generously supported by the City of Coral Gables.
