Join us for a unique journey of movement, reflection, and transformation.

In this 3-hour experiential workshop, you’ll be guided through somatic practices, expressive dance, and gentle inquiry to explore both the shadow and the virtues that live within you. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll meet the hidden parts of ourselves—not to fix, but to understand, integrate, and celebrate.

Paula and Claudia’s connection spans decades, rooted in deep friendship, shared life paths, and a mutual passion for healing.

They first met in Miami in 1986 through their husbands' work, later becoming neighbors on the same street in Coral Gables. Life took them on parallel journeys—and years later, they embraced each other anew as mothers who had each experienced the profound loss of a child. That bond of grief transformed into a shared purpose, and both women eventually became published authors, drawing from their stories to uplift others.

Their desire to help people live with purpose, resilience, and joy inspired them to dive deeply into healing arts, with training and experience in:

• Jungian psychology
• Mindfulness practices
• Life coaching
• Somatic therapy
• Energy medicine
• Sound healing

With authenticity, compassion, and a loving presence, Paula and Claudia create spaces for transformation that are both grounded and expansive. Their first co-facilitated workshop is the fruit of many years of life experience, study, and deep inner work—and it is offered with open hearts.
