Weekly 3-mile group run held at Athletica Sunrise. All fitness levels welcome—run, jog, or walk at your own pace.
• Arrival: 7:30 AM
• Run Start: 8:00 AM sharp

Following the run, we offer an optional #RopesAfterRun session—10 minutes of jump rope for extra credit. Bring your own rope if you plan to participate.
THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION OR RACE, WAVE RUN CLUB IS PURELY RECREATIONAL, WE WELCOME ALL FITNESS LEVELS, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO RUN AT YOUR OWN PACE.
WALKING IS ALSO ACCEPTED.
CURRENTLY, WAVE RUN CLUB HAS A FREE MEMBERSHIP AND A PAID MERMBERSHIP. AND OF COURSE DONATIONS ARE ALWAYS ACCEPTED
WE ARE RUNNING 3 MILES, WE START AND FINISH AT THE SAME LOCATION.
WE MEET EVERY SUNDAY, FOR SUNDAY RUNDAY. THE STARTING POINT IS ATHLETICA HEALTH & FITNESS. EVERY SUNDAY WE WILL ALTERNATE BETWEEN THE CORAL SPRINGS AND THE SUNRISE LOCATION
