⚔️ Format & Rules — Bracket 5 (cEDH)
Fully optimized, competitive Commander decks are expected
Fast mana, tutors, and efficient combos are allowed
No turn restrictions (early wins are permitted)
Decks must follow the official Commander ban list
Proxy & Deck Legality Policy
No proxies are allowed
Deck checks may occur at any time during the event
If a card is suspected to be fake, a judge call may be made to inspect the card
If a card is confirmed to be fake:
The player receives a warning
If the card is currently in play, it immediately becomes a basic land of the judge’s choosing
If the same player is found with another fake card at any point during the event, they will be disqualified
⚠️ Failure to comply with deck legality or event rules may result in penalties or disqualification at the judge’s discretion.
🧩 Tournament Format
Players begin with two “lives”
Double-elimination, best-of-one
Winners are paired with other winners from the previous round
Players with losses are paired with other players with losses when possible
Play continues until one player remains
⏱️ Rounds & Pods
Each round lasts 60 minutes
Players are randomly assigned to pods of 2–6 using a wheel-of-names tool
Pods are re-randomized every round
Pod results must be reported to the scorekeeper and judge
📝 Deck Registration
Players may register one deck only
Registration window: 1:00 PM – 1:44 PM
Registration closes at 1:45 PM sharp
⏳ End-of-Round Procedure
If time is called:
The active player finishes their turn
Each other player receives one final turn
If the turn returns to the original active player and no winner is determined, the pod winner is decided by:
Player with the most cards remaining in their library
Player whose commander has the highest CMC
Remaining ties are decided by a dice roll (highest roll wins)
