The Inquisitive Soul Circle

Join me for a transformative journey into mindfulness and meditation. The Inquisitive Soul Circle is held on the last Tuesday of every month at the Chillout Centre, Stanway, Colchester.

Each session will offer a unique and intuitive exploration of guided meditation styles, including:
🌿 Cacao or Lotus Tea led meditations to awaken the senses
🌬️ Breathwork style meditations to calm and center your mind
🎶 Sound and Movement Meditations to release and flow

End each month with a positive mindset, give yourself space to relax, connect, and recharge. With this Monthy sanctuary for the soul.

Spaces are limited to maximum of 6 at this venue. Pre booking is essential, book early to avoid disappointment.
