About the Practice
TriYoga is a universal dynamic yoga representing a triple union of physical exercises, breathing practices, and dynamic concentration.
The practice is built on the principle of gradual development: from simple basic exercises, there is a gentle transition to more complex elements. The proper alternation of muscle tension with partial or complete relaxation allows energy to flow freely through the body in the directions it needs, creating a powerful healing effect and bringing harmony to every moment of life.
Mudras and mantras are an integral part of this practice. Deep understanding and true healing occur through personal experience and regular practice.
