Today's warm up session is w Maya Maga, she is a butoh dancer from Brazil, and will share a session of butoh in to contact improvisation.

The Dance
- we love to begin together, tuning in and warming up, be 3pm on the floor
- wear comfortable and clean cloth, long pants, long sleeves
- knee pads recommended.
- nice to bring additional dry clothes for warm down and bodywork
Guidelines
- keep spoken conversations to a quiet minimum during dance sessions
- kindly don't use your phone inside the dance studio
Health
- be considerate, stay at home if not feeling well
- kindly, wash hands, be clean, before entering studio
- kindly, avoid perfume
