Shakeout Run Copenhagen Marathon - Officiel Event

With race day just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to loosen up your legs and ease any pre-race nerves. Whether you’re preparing for the marathon or just up for a relaxed run, our Shakeout Run is the place to be.

Not running this year? No problem. Come for the run, stay for the energy and cheer on your friends. It’s all about good vibes and great company.

We’ve teamed up with our friends from LØBEREN to make this year’s edition extra special. Together we’ll run an easy 4.5 km jog with a unique behind-the-scenes tour. You’ll get stories from the course and see the start and finish area taking shape.

Along the way, we’ll stop at key marathon locations:
– The Runners Area by the small bridge (great photo spot)
– Øster Allé – the final stretch of the course, passing Trianglen
– The bag drop area

We’ll kick things off with a warm-up led by Sparta Early and Urban Runners, who’ll also guide you along the way.
Pace groups: 5:30–6:30 min/km.

Afterwards, you’ll be served refreshments from Erdinger (0.0%), Red Bull and a proper Danish-style sausage roll from 7-Eleven.

The run is free and open to all – sign up via this Facebook event.
