☆ Saturday SaunaGus ☆
Every Saturday at 09:00, 10:15 & 11:30
We offer SaunaGus sessions, each lasting one hour. We provide water and snacks for the breaks between the sessions, where you can also cool down.
Please bring swimwear and 2 towels: one to sit on inside the sauna (it gets quite wet), and one to dry off with afterwards. A bathrobe and slippers can also be nice to have for the breaks.
Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna visit – we’ll have lots of water available during the breaks.
Participation is at your own risk!
The price is 220 DKK. Download our app BUTCHERS HEAT – create a profile and book your preferred time slot directly.
You can book a place up to 15 minutes before the session starts. If there are still spots available, you can also just show up at the start and pay with cash or MobilePay.
The sauna is located at Margretheholm Harbor (the small harbor behind the building “Udsigten” on Margretheholmen, Copenhagen K). Access via Vindmøllevej – drive into the gravel lot across from Amager Bakke, go to the far right corner, and look for a gap in the fence ;) – We look forward to welcoming you into the heat ♥
Saunagus is aromatherapy in the sauna, where a sauna master works with essential oils on the hot stones and uses a towel to circulate the heat and fragrance around the sauna, creating a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. At Butchers Heat, we use only pure essential oils, which provide a mild scent with varying effects such as relaxation, calm, improved circulation, detoxification, renewed energy, and a deep sense of wellbeing.
