Teams for All Levels
As always, we’ve got pace groups for everyone. Just show up at 11 AM and choose the team that fits your vibe:
Race Walking
– 1-hour session, including intro to techniques and different paces
Running Teams
– It’s Alive: 5 or 7 km – slowest runner sets the pace
– I Wish: 7 km – Pace: 5:45 min/km
– Ny Såååårt: 10 km – Pace: 5:30 min/km
– YFMU & IF: 10–12 km – Pace: 5:15 min/km
– Stella 5: 10 km – Pace: 5:00 min/km
– Beer Geeks: 12 km – Pace: 4:30–4:45 min/km
– Limbo Series: 10 km – Pace: 4:15 min/km

What is First Saturday?
For more than 10 years, Mikkeller Running Club has met on the first Saturday of every month – all around the world. We run together and celebrate with a cold beer afterwards. It’s the best way to kick off your month.
Everyone’s welcome. We’ve got teams for every level and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers.
Never joined before? This is the perfect time.

RaceWalk with MRC
RaceWalking is our newest initiative – it’s all about movement, technique and community. Join us for a one-hour guided session. All levels are welcome (just be comfortable jogging 5 km without getting totally wiped out).

Warpigs – Our Home Base
We love meeting at Warpigs, and we’re grateful they host us month after month. With a big crowd expected, please limit jackets and bags, and follow staff directions for where to store them. Let’s keep it smooth so they can focus on pouring great beers afterwards 🍻
