A workshop weekend for dedicated Rocket students.
Laura is back with a double workshop experience to dive deep into Rocket Yoga. Learn to tailor your practice to your needs and aspirations. Receive thoughtful & playful ways to choose and merge variations relating to the classic Rocket poses and transitions. In these workshops we go beyond the classic series. This is for the practitioner that want to drill and build strength, to play and challenge their practice and workshop intricate transitions, balancing poses and work progressively with deepening their flexibility.
Best suited for students with prior experience with Rocket as we will add on to basics, also suited as extension if you already participated in our previous Rocket Immersions to go further.
