Relating from Your Core – A Workshop on Authentic Connection
What is it about?
True connection begins within. When we are aligned with our core, we can relate to others with clarity, presence, and authenticity. This workshop is an invitation to explore the different layers of connection — first with yourself, then with the collective energy of the group, and finally in deep, attuned presence with another.
Through guided movement, sensing practices, and one-on-one exercises, we will:
✨ Ground ourselves in the present moment and attune to our inner truth
✨ Sense the energy of the group and our place within it
✨ Relate to others from a space of deep presence, without judgment or control
Many of us either shut down or lose ourselves in relationships, trying to adapt, fix, or manage others. In this space, we will explore a more natural way of connecting — one that honors both our autonomy and our deep interconnectedness.
Come as you are, and let’s explore what it truly means to meet ourselves and each other.
The workshop starts at 16:00, but we are open from 15:30 to make sure you have time to land in the space.
Participation requires registration due to limited space. You can register by sending a direct message to Soma Authentica or Emese and you can directly transfer the workshop fee via mobilepay here: +45 61 71 23 46

Meet your hosts:
Emese studies holistic mind-body coaching and is experienced in facilitating circles, ceremonies and mindfulness workshops in various environments. She is interested in the exploration of self through somatic exercises, authentic relation to the body and mindfulness based-stress release. She is the owner of Soma Authentica.
Viktoria studies psychotherapy with a focus on emotions and the body. When facilitating workshops, it's important to her to meet participants where they are and to create a safe space where everyone can be themselves—and allow others to do the same.
