OPENING: Sian Kristoffersen – Ice-pleasure

Join us for the opening reception of Sian Kristoffersen’s solo exhibition Ice-pleasure at Den Frie.

This exhibition marks Kristoffersen’s most extensive solo presentation at a Danish art institution. Specially created for Den Frie’s OSLO space, the ambitious installation features both new works and selected earlier pieces.

Sian Kristoffersen’s artistic practice spans a diverse range of media and materials, drawing inspiration from ancient mythology, science fiction, and literature. Her works often take shape as tableaux that shift between the surreal, the sensuous, and the everyday, inviting a spectrum of associations, emotions, and desires.
