Bag Nourished By Time gemmer sig Baltimore-fødte Marcus Brown, hvis følelsesladede og ekvilibristiske blanding af post-punk, new wave, R&B, elektro-funk og indiepop har fået medvind fra toneangivende medier som Resident Advisor, Pitchfork, The Guardian og The FADER, mens artister som Oneohtrix Point Never og Yaeji er selverklærede fans. Brown har også samarbejdet med Kacy Hill og Metronomy samt Yaeji på nummeret "Happy".

Sidste år landede "Catching Chickens" på XL Recordings, som også udgiver det kommende debutalbum "The Passionate Ones", der bringer Brown forbi Hotel Cecil efter en vild koncert på O Days i 2024.
