Are you ready for another Tuesday?

Do you have a (half)marathon coming up and want to improve your endurance? Or maybe you are just in the mood for a 10 km session?

MRC Tuesday is for you!

Details:
📅 Every Tuesday
⏰ 6:00 pm
📍 Mikkeller & Friends, Nørrebro

The two teams for the day are:

💨 Ny Sååårt: 10 km at a 5:30 min/km pace
🏃‍♀️ Fartlek: 10-14 km intervals at your own pace
(Everyone is welcome, but we suggest you are used to run at least 6-8km)
