Looking to improve your speed? Join Interval Thursdays with MRC and reward yourself with a well-deserved post-run beer!
📍 Meet: Mikkeller & Friends�🏃‍♂️ What: Tough but fun interval training and good company!

Plan:
* Warm-up/Transport: ~6 km total (to/from the venue) at 5:45 min/km pace.
* Intervals:
* 25 - 30 minutes of fast-paced fun in YOUR pace

💡 Don’t forget your headlamp or light – it’s dark out there!�🍺 Beer awaits back at the bar – you’ve earned it!
