MRC CPH Swim/Run '25

Do you have what it takes to beat the MRC Captains in a swim/run?

The rules are simple: 5 laps of 100m swimming and 800m running. It sounds a bit silly, running in wet clothes and perhaps even swimming in your running shoes, but it is a great exercise and a serious challenge! First to finish is the fastest, but everbody is a winner!
