Economic equality is a crucial — yet often overlooked — part of the gender equality debate. Despite decades of progress, significant disparities remain in how much women and men earn, save, and invest. In many ways, money continues to drive the unequal power dynamics between men and women in society.

But how do we reach economic equality when men are far more likely to invest — and to invest more? What are the consequences of the investment gap, why does it exist, and most importantly: how do we change it?
