Living Yolates Workshop i Absalon

Join us for a two-hour Living Yolates workshop! A chance to experience the full spectrum of the Living Yolates movement practice that combines yoga, pilates, dance and energy work in one movement class.

This weekend workshop is an extended format of our weekly Living Yolates classes on Monday morning. Experience the signature styles – soft, strong and dancing – as they flow together to create a holistic melody movement experience while building strength and flexibility in a way that feels good.

The workshop is for everyone.

About our teacher
Julia is a +600 hrs certified holistic yoga instructor. She has shared her love for yoga, wellness and art at Absalon through classes and workshops for the past 3 years.

The class is guided in English.
