Lets Hit The ROAD

Sundays we hit the ROAD, and you are all welcome.

We go north and route captain ,Frederik Lundberg, will guide us through some classic tarmac stretches with an average of 30 kph.avg. As part of these Sunday trainings we make sure to incorporate SPEEDPLAY sessions, where town signs and segments will test your legs and cardio level. Just For Fun…
