KAP — when I create the space, I aim to offer a gentle, safe, and natural transmission of kundalini (life force energy) and non-duality (a state of higher consciousness and oneness). As a facilitator, I act as a tool/channel for the energy, helping to activate your own innate life force.
KAP is a gateway to spiritual awakening and a connection with your higher state of consciousness.
Life force energy is vividly expressed in animals and children — they live in their full power and express their emotions freely.
By relaxing, letting go of control, and lowering defenses, the energy can flow where it’s needed.
Over time, this may lead to what is known as a kundalini awakening.
KAP is safe and does not take control over you or your consciousness.
KAP differs from other kundalini practices such as pranayama or kundalini yoga, where energy is generated through willful effort.
In KAP, the energy enters through the crown chakra, releasing blockages and stagnation until it reaches the root chakra and can flow freely between them.
During a session, you lie on a yoga mat with your eyes closed.
Melodic music plays as the facilitator activates the energy through gentle touch at chakra and meridian points.
Spontaneous movements may occur, as well as tingling in the fingers, tension in the arms, twitches, or emotional releases — crying, laughter, shouting. These are natural bodily reactions and should be allowed to flow.
Other sensations may include: seeing images, colors, receiving visions; feeling warmth or coolness in the body; sensations of heaviness, cold, bliss, or being in a non-dual state similar to drowsiness.
All you need to do is allow whatever arises to come to the surface.
Many experience this process as liberating, cleansing, and healing.
KAP strengthens intuition, brings you closer to your heart and true essence.
Profound insights and an expanded perception of life often arise with regular KAP practice.
While what happens on the mat can feel deeply pleasant and freeing, what matters more is what unfolds in daily life afterwards.

Preparation before the session:
• Eat lightly during the day, and have your last meal at least 3 hours before the session.
• Avoid coffee and caffeine.
• Avoid alcohol and drugs.
• Wear comfortable, soft clothing.
• Arrive with an open heart and mind.
• Drink plenty of water during the day and after the session — the energy helps the body eliminate toxins.
• The hall opens 15 minutes before the start; please maintain silence in the hallway and the room. After the session, please respect and honor the quiet integration period.

Tune in to your feelings and allow time to integrate the experience.
