🌞 Heart of Summer Forest Bathing Experience 🌿
Join us at the Joseph A. Blake Jr. Nature Center with a mindful journey through the forest.

This guided experience includes sensory invitations, grounding rituals, an oracle card pull, and a solar tea ceremony to celebrate the light within and around us.

Pre-payment is required to reserve your spot. You can pay cash at the Wellness Cottage or Venmo @Colleen-Maynebutler!
