Australien har længe været et kraftcenter inden for psykedelisk rock. Kontinentet har fået bands som The Murlocs, Stonefield, den anmelderroste Tame Impala og den internationalt anerkendte King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. Beliggende et sted mellem undergrunden og mainstream er Grinding Eyes vendt tilbage med deres tredje LP.
Grinding Eyes blev dannet i 2015 og har fået et ry for deres eksplosive liveoptrædener og ubarmhjertige turnéplan. Bandet har delt scene med folk som Dinosaur Jr., Mudhoney, Amyl & The Sniffers og The Jesus and Mary Chain, for blot at nævne nogle få.
Gruppens lyd er unik og dragende med et mørkt lydbillede af shoegaze, psykedelia og et strejf af goth. Deres nye album hæver barren med en dristigere, mere raffineret tilgang til eksperimentering. Selvom de altid har flirtet med avantgarden, føles deres nye plade skarpere og mere tilsigtet.
De spiller blandt andet på årets FUZZTIVAL, men ingen grund til at tage til Esbjerg, når du kan blive på Vesterbro!

Nestled somewhere between the underground and the mainstream, Grinding Eyes has returned with their third LP.
Formed in 2015, Grinding Eyes has earned a reputation for their explosive live performances and relentless touring schedule. The band has shared the stage with the likes of Dinosaur Jr., Mudhoney, Amyl & The Sniffers, and The Jesus and Mary Chain, just to name a few.
Crafting a dark soundscape of shoegaze, psychedelia, and a hint of goth, the group’s sound is unique and alluring. Their new album raises the bar with a bolder, more refined approach to experimentation. While they’ve have always flirted with the avant-garde, their new record feels sharper and more intentional.
They're playing at this year's FUZZTIVAL, but there's no reason to go to Esbjerg when you can stay in Vesterbro!
