ABOUT EXHIBITIONS
The exhibition Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow at the DAC is a visual journey through New York City where photographer Peter Funch, reveals the daily rhythm of the city and its inhabitants. In his works, the artist invites us to reflect on how individual moments create a collective story of life in the metropolis.
In the exhibition Breathe the Ice at Politikens Hus , Inuuteq Storch presents a site-specific installation based exclusively on archival photographs from the over 100-year-old JP/Politikens Hus collection. The installation shows how the image of Greenland and Inuit culture has been shaped in the Danish media space over the decades. The artist takes control of the archive, posing the provocative question: who is really watching—and who has the right to do so?
The exhibition Everything has Beauty , presented at Banja Rathnov Galleri & Kunsthandel , features the work of Fie Johansen and Jeanette Land Schou, two pioneers of Danish digital photography whose series explores the tensions, anxieties, and emotional landscapes of modernity. Their images balance cinematic vision and poetic record, creating moving, often post-apocalyptic reflections on the world we live in.
Dividing by Zero at NW Gallery is an immersive journey through the unsettling, metaphysical world of Andrej Lamut, where logic dissolves and images evoke uncertainty and tension. Using experimental analog photography, the artist creates a space that forces the viewer to perceive in a fragmented way and confront borderline states of consciousness.
