Free guided tour: What is Islamic art? An introduction to the Islamic collection

Have you ever wondered what Islamic art really encompasses? Now’s your chance to find out! On this free guided tour at The David Collection, we invite you on an inspiring journey through one of the world’s finest collections of Islamic art.

You’ll be introduced to breathtaking objects from vastly different periods and regions – from Spain to China – and gain insight into how art, faith, and everyday life have been interwoven in the Islamic world over the centuries. At the same time, you’ll discover the historical and cultural contexts that have shaped this rich and diverse artistic tradition.
