Flowmotion i Absalon

Join us for Flowmotion, a dance workshop inspired by urban dance techniques set to the sounds of R&B, Hip Hop, and other groovy music.

In the Flowmotion workshop, we explore movement through guided exercises. It’s not a traditional dance class, but a refreshing way to feel the music, get energized in a group, and experience your body 360° in an easy and engaging setting.

Expect a vibe inspired by R&B, Hip Hop, and the energy of the 2000s No dance experience is necessary, just a willingness to move. It’s beginner-friendly and open to anyone looking to spend an evening filled with movement, music, and culture.

Room: ‘The club’ on the 1st floor

NOTE: Remember to bring indoor shoes for dancing and movement, as we cannot wear outdoor shoes in the club.
