It’s been an amazing week of craft beer madness, and for our final day of Tap Takeover festivities, we’re going out with a bang. We’re thrilled to welcome two incredible breweries: Slowburn Brewing Co-op and New York’s own Root + Branch. Plus, we’re throwing a BBQ in the beer garden to help you recover from your 5-day hangover and keep the good vibes rolling!
🍺 Slowburn Brewing Co-op (Copenhagen, Denmark)
Slowburn is a worker-owned cooperative brewery located in the heart of Copenhagen’s cultural scene. Since 2019, they’ve been brewing a wide variety of styles, from traditional Pilsners to bold Double IPAs.
What we love about Slowburn? Their beers have incredible balance, unbeatable drinkability, and that crisp finish that keeps you coming back for more. Their brews are the perfect way to wrap up Beer Week — flavorful, consistent, and just the right match for a BBQ feast.
🍺 Root + Branch (Long Island, NY)
Root + Branch has quickly become one of the buzzed-about breweries on the East Coast. Born out of late shifts and big dreams at Tørst in Brooklyn, they’ve brewed their way from gypsy batches to Long Island stardom.
Their name symbolizes a radical shift in craft beer culture, and they bring that philosophy to life with every brew. Today, we’re pouring a curated selection of their top-tier IPAs — bright, hazy, and full of heart — plus some other killer brews to send Beer Week off in style.
